What Strategy means at Triptych
Because we specialize in interactive experiences, discovery goes beyond “find information.” We look for the moments where digital can connect users to each other, to your organization, and to the world around them, and we design the path that gets them there.

I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a firm like this.
We’ve worked with the Triptych team for years, completing seven or eight major projects together, not to mention dozens of smaller ones. The team always exceeds our expectations and they make it an easy decision to keep coming back. We’re already talking about our next project.
I have complete confidence that Triptych will take care of your interactive and website needs. From planning and strategy to the final details, this team does it right.

Alignment
We start by aligning on goals, constraints, stakeholders, audiences, and what “success” means in plain language.
Research Sprint
A focused sprint to gather what’s needed. May include interviews, content review, competitive review, and early technical planning.
Synthesis
We translate inputs into insights: what’s true, what’s missing, what’s risky, and where opportunities lie.
Experience map
We outline journeys, flows, and IA direction so the experience has a clear backbone. (Storyboard key interactions, and narratives).
Plan
We build the plan you can execute: scope, phased roadmap, risks, and success metrics. (Can include RACI, and architecture/data-flow)
Handoff
You leave Discovery with a strategy brief and artifacts ready for design and development—so the next phase moves fast and stays grounded.

What you get?
The deliverable
At the end of Discovery, you receive a single, shareable Strategy PDF that includes:

... We couldn't have asked for a better partnership and are forever grateful for the creativity, adaptability, and patience of their entire team. We give a wholehearted recommendation and look forward to an ongoing partnership with the Triptych team.

Most Discovery engagements run 2–3 weeks for a typical website or interactive build. For larger programs or multi-stakeholder initiatives, Discovery can extend to 4–6 weeks to cover governance, risk, and technical planning in more depth.
Great—a brief Discovery helps validate them. We’ll confirm what’s solid, identify what’s assumed, and flag gaps early so Design + Dev aren’t forced to solve strategy problems midstream. If you already have what you need, we can roll straight into design.
We define what matters most, what can wait, and what creates the biggest lift—then build a phased plan (MVP → v2+) so you can move quickly without cutting corners. This isn't our first rodeo, so knowing what is a must, and what can wait, is part of our experience.
We run both in-person (if feasible) and virtual planning workshops. We like Google Meet, but we can use any platform necessary. We’ll recommend the format that best fits your team, timeline, and stakeholder mix. Our downtown Chattanooga office is a great place to meet if the need arises, or if face-to-face is just what needs to happen.
f you have them, these help:
Any existing research, requirements, brand notes, analytics access, and content inventory
A list of stakeholders + decision makers
Examples of what you love/hate (competitors, inspirations, internal references)
If you don’t have this yet, that’s okay—Discovery exists to build clarity.
