Manufacturing & Industrial
Precision, on and off the shop floor
Mann Welding Co. has spent decades manufacturing precision chromatography columns in Chattanooga, TN. Their equipment handles industrial-scale separation for some of the biggest names in pharma, including Baxter, Lilly, Lonza, Novartis, Amgen, Merck, and Genentech. Their web presence needed to carry that same precision, so we designed and built a site that treats industrial equipment with the care of a product launch.
The results followed. Since launch, the new site has helped drive around $400,000 in new sales, turning a static brochure into the company's hardest-working salesperson.

A catalog built like a spec sheet
Steel columns, acrylic columns, and control units, each with a full product specification page, dimension pickers, downloadable spec PDFs, and a request-a-quote flow for custom columns. The catalog is organized the way engineers actually buy: by model, dimension, and standard, not by marketing category. That quote flow is where the new sales start.

Three decades of patents and precision
The Company page tells the story as a running timeline, pairing shop photography with the patents and milestones that made Mann Welding the name in chromatography columns, from the first columns to the current generation of designs.

Sized for the shop floor
The full system scales to mobile without losing its hierarchy. Catalog, specifications, quote requests, and contact stay one thumb away, whether the visitor is a procurement lead at a pharma giant or an engineer standing next to the column in question.

Built to spec, down to the last weld.
