Find the right fit

Engineers often arrive with a part number and a problem to solve. We built a four-level catalog with cross-reference search to help them find a match, then put Fast Quote requests on every product page to make the next step easy.

  • A clear path from product family to product, variation and model
  • Interactive 3D scenes show products at work in offices, warehouses and hospitals
  • Leads scored and routed in Salesforce Pardot

The business closed in 2023 and the site is no longer online.

Who is asking, and for which project: engineer and architect included.

02  ·  Douglas Lighting Controls

From code to configuration

Choosing a lighting control system starts with the project and its energy code. We turned that process into three guided steps that return the right specifications and give sales the context behind each request.

  • Codes from ASHRAE 90.1 and IECC to California Title 24
  • The team can add new documents without a code change
  • Every lead includes the project, engineer, architect and selected features

One source, more possibilities

The website and the SimplySnap product needed access to the same content. We connected both to one headless CMS, with gated downloads flowing into Dynamics 365 so the sales team could follow up.

  • An interactive 3D view brings the product together as you scroll
  • CMS sign-in through Azure Active Directory
  • Demo and support requests routed to Freshdesk

A place to connect

Lighting agents and manufacturers need a useful place to connect, learn and find opportunities. Launched September 29, 2026, the platform brings RepConnect postings, NEMRA University and a member dashboard into one experience.

  • 15 page templates and about 60 custom components
  • iMIS single sign-on sets what each member sees
  • RepConnect reaches more than 680 agents

Every part, accounted for

An installation crew needs the right instructions for every part on the truck. We built a system that matches a bill of materials to current install sheets and packages them in one file. Now we’re using the same data to build 3D installation guides.

  • Earlier revisions stay available, labeled by letter
  • Maintained for GameTime, BigToys and Play & Park Structures
  • 3D guides load models of 1,400+ parts over a cell connection

A little help goes further

We built Robin Knows to help adults over 50 work through technology questions and spot potential scams. The same approach could help specifiers choose a product or troubleshoot a problem, with answers grounded in a curated knowledge base.

  • Reads photos and screenshots
  • Launched on the App Store and Google Play in August 2024

The app has since been retired from the app stores.

07  ·  Lumber Marketplace

A new way to trade

Hardwood trading has long depended on phone calls and personal connections. We helped bring that business online, shaping the brand and taking the marketplace from alpha to beta with dedicated tools for buyers and sellers.

  • Strategy, branding, design and development
  • Offers, orders and inventory in one account
  • Launched at the NHLA conference, with national recognition

Let’s talk

Questions, answered.

Do you only work with lighting manufacturers?
No. We work with manufacturers, credit unions, museums and other organizations that need to make complex information useful. Lighting is one of our deepest areas of product catalog experience.
Which CMS do you use?
We start with your content, your data and the people who will manage both. That leads us to platforms like Craft CMS, Payload CMS and WordPress, or a custom framework when the project calls for it.
Can the site connect to our CRM and ERP?
Yes. We build websites as part of the system your business runs on. Our work includes connections to Salesforce Pardot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Active Directory, iMIS and Freshdesk, along with internal tools that pull from ERP and inventory systems.
How does a project run?
We agree on the scope, responsibilities and budget through a master service agreement and statement of work. From there, we work closely with your team, track progress together and test changes on a staging server before they go live. We plan for WCAG 2.2 Level AA at a minimum and train your team to manage the CMS.
